Chakra Balancing treatment is a technique for energy work from the Ayurvedic tradition.
Chakra balancing treatment promotes healthy energy flow through your being, removes energy blockages and brings your system to an equilibrium which will manifest physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Price: £90 for a 90-minute session.

Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

Counselling
I also provide a ‘talking space’ for clients where you can unburden yourself, talk things through and make sense of the issues in your life
I have worked with people for a long time and can offer a caring and listening presence for you to find your way around what is happening.
It has been helpful for many of my clients to have these talking sessions with me in order to reach their own important answers and insights.
Price: £80 – 60 minutes

Where I work
I work in the areas of Brighton, East Sussex and West Sussex.
I also come to London on select days a month to see my regular clients and new clients that they refer.
I work mobile in London and I will normally visit you at your home.
I cover Central London area only and I will ask you to cover the taxi fare to your location on top of the fee for my services.
Please not that at present I follow official guidance during my sessions:
- face coverings at all time
- I wear a visor
- We speak at sufficient distance
- I sanitise everything thoroughly.

Intuitive Healer
I am an intuitive healer who integrates Ayurvedic chakra balancing, Reiki and energy techniques to promote wellbeing and spiritual growth.
Many of the health and wellbeing blockages can be released on the spiritual level by using energy techniques.
I have been doing energy work for the last 18 years.
I was initially trained in therapeutic massage and Reiki.
Over time I also found that my Reiki technique has allowed me to do effective chakra balancing.
Over the years I have integrated into my initial training many techniques from my own personal practice of tai chi, kundalini yoga and meditative visualisation.
Please note I do not work on medical problems or provide therapy for specific diseases. I improve your general state of wellbeing.
